After coming to California from his native state of Ohio, Martin worked in corporate sales for a major oil company. He later owned and operated a small retail business. Always looking for an interesting career, Martin migrated into the world of mortgage lending. His three decades in lending have involved working with direct lenders, three major banks, and finally as a broker; the best of all. Brokers are able to offer the greatest variety of loan programs to fit the borrower’s needs and qualifications.
